Over the past several weeks, God's Pit Crew has been in a flurry of activity as we are continually collecting items for the Haiti Relief effort.
There are 30 container loads of product that has either been shipped or is being held in our warehouse waiting to be shipped out. These loads include food, water, and supplies that will be distributed to the victims of the earthquakes through our partner organizations World Help in Forest, VA, and Operation Compassion in Cleveland, TN. Both of these organizations have outstanding programs in the affected area and can assure us that the relief supplies will get to those who need them.

"A Mother's Wish"
Helping Our Local Communities
God's Pit Crew is committed to helping locally. Already in 2009 we have distributed out over 7 million pounds of food and supplies with a wholesale value of $10 million dollars. All of this product has been donated to God's Pit Crew from major corporations and other charities. Every week this ministry gives out this product to over 164 local product recipient agencies in Danville, Pittsylvania County, Lynchburg, and the surrounding areas. Each one of these agencies arrive on a weekly basis and receive product that they will take back to their local area and distribute out. They are then able to reach the many needy families who come to them for help. With the loss of so many jobs and layoffs in the past year, these ministries are increasing double and sometimes triple the amount of families they are helping.
Although these numbers are high, it has been challenging to keep the funds to buy fuel to receive this product, pay the light bill on the warehouse that we work out of, and so many other expenses. We hope that you would consider giving a donation to help further the ministries of God's Pit Crew.
